We’d been mulling over the concept of hosting a popup supper club at Out Of Office for some time but when we were introduced to Jamie Halsall from The Brewery Kitchen, it felt like a match made in heaven.

Jamie is a home brewer and Michelin trained chef who takes inspiration from brewing and beer in his spectacular food.  Given our passion for matching beer and food as part of the ‘day job’ at Boutique Bar Brands we leapt at the chance to host The Brewery Kitchen at Out Of Office and the opportunity of working with Jamie on the beer pairings for his menu.

It was a real delight collaborating with such a talented chef who made putting on what could be quite a complicated and troublesome undertaking into a smooth and enjoyable experience.  In fact, we agreed to host The Brewery Kitchen in September before we had even hosted our first night together, which goes to show how good we felt about the match.
