Beer and food dinner with an exciting seasonal menu inspired by and paired with some of the best craft beers around.

Back for a 3rd time The Brewery Kitchen founder and head chef Jamie Halsall joined us at Out of Office to highlight the many similarities between the processes of beer making and cooking – and to show how these similarities can be used to create new flavours.

The theme for this evening of fine food and amazing beers was all things Germans, it being Oktoberfest season! The menu, below, tasted fantastic and the beer matches, picked by our very own Beer Sommelier complimented each dish wonderfully. A great Evening!!

OKTOBER FEST MENU:

To start/ upon Arrival:

Salted, malt glazed pretzels, whipped butter

Puffed pork skin, pulled pork knuckle, apple compote

BBQ Mackerel, Saur kraut, lemon

Main course:

Rauch infused venison stew, Braised Red cabbage, Sauté potatoes

Dessert:

Pumpkin custard, salted Malt syrup, Malt crumble
